The PRO1 Sport is ideal for strengthening arms and shoulders while recruiting the core stabilising muscles. With no seat, all exercises on the PRO1 Sport are completed in the standing position on the enhanced platform but can also be performed on a balance accessory such as a stability ball. The infinitely adjustable control head and console accommodates users of all heights and the adjustable and reversible arm cranks deliver excellent range of movement and exercise variety.
